I know this post is, quite old at this point but for whoever sees this. is there a way to customize windows 10/11 like this? if there's a specific program or if its the same way this post explains or whatever. I assume not because customization in tech these days are very limited. If I can make desktop skins like this, like I know you can make skins in the default settings but I would love to customize it further like this. I doubt anyone is going to see this
